Mon/Tue

Two easy runs on Monday and Tuesday. I will do a difficult workout tomorrow (Wednesday): 5 miles easy, 5 miles @ marathon pace and 2 miles easy for a total of 12 miles...

Monday: 5.5 miles, very easy
Tuesday: 65 minutes, easy run. 10x60 mts. strides.
